I am passionate about assisting people in healing using the following treatment modalities; Person-Centered Theory, Reality Therapy, Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT)™,  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),  Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mirror Work, Narrative Therapy, with EMDR coming 04/01/202 and appropriate tools for balancing mind, body and spirit through interpersonal healing.

My mission is to meet people where they are in life listening with unconditional positive regard, empathy and congruence for addressing interpersonal issues that will allow you to find balance for a positive change in the your life. Furthermore, my hope is to be a motivational change agent for you to make the necessary changes to become a better version of yourself through the therapeutic environment.


Reality therapy is a specific type of cognitive-behavioral therapy which was first introduced in 1965 by psychiatrist Dr. William Glasser. The focus of reality therapy is choice and the patient’s ability to solve problems. Reality therapy focuses on the present moment in an effort to create a better future.
