I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider and Nathional Certified Counselor through NBCC who graduated from Argosy University-Nashville in 2014 with an M.A in Mental Health Counseling. Also I am a Licensed School Counselor with three years of experience in the school system. I am a 61 year old woman who has been through many life struggles and overcome them to have learned important skills related to grief and loss and spiritual direction; as well as, a skill-set for assisting people with co-dependency issues, substance abuse issues, anxiety, self-esteem, self-confidence, depression, PTSD, & (upcoming EMDR certification in 04/01/2020).
